The Initial Inspection
Free consultation and condition report include:

• Square-footage measurement of entire roof area. 
  
• Core analysis of existing roof system, including thickness measurement and determination of deck and insulation types. 
  
• Condition evaluation: surface material; wall, unit, and edge flashings; copings; gutters and downspouts; etc. 
  
• Visual inspection of existing leaks or damage, areas of potential drain blockage, ponding water, debris, and pitch-pocket fill levels. 
  
• Written roof plan for your records, including conditions summary and recommendations, and photographs of critical areas.

Cost Estimates
Once the initial inspection/report is complete, we will advise you of:

• Cost to bring roof system to maintainable condition—if needed to qualify for enrollment.
  
• Enrollment fee for desired length of contract (typically two years, but plan can be adjusted to meet your specific needs).

Included Services
The Umbrella Plan provides:

• Bi-annual or annual inspections (depending on contract terms). 
  
• Written inspection checklist, photos, summary, and recommendations on every inspection.
